COVID Notice

We are wearing masks because we respect your right not to receive respiratory droplets from us.

Please wear a mask in public. Coronavirus does not care about politics.

Advantage PI, LLC has been deferring to the Department of Homeland Security's CISA Guidance on the Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce for "Workers supporting the operations of the judicial system". Most service of process and related operations are continuing as normal pursuant to Federal, State, and local guidance including the 15th Judicial Circuit and the Broward Sheriff's Office. This guidance is subject to change at any time, and the most recent updates will be posted to our Google, Facebook, and Twitter social media platforms.

We are experiencing delays and service interruptions in some judicial circuits around Florida and around the nation, especially in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas, and California. We will notify you at the time of the request if we expect an extraordinary delay.

The team at Advantage remains dedicated to social distancing guidelines and CDC recommendations to slow the spread of the virus, and our partners are taking steps including temperature checks, no contact service, wearing masks, and sanitizing between addresses. If servers are experiencing symptoms we are asking they refrain from service for 14 days after symptoms subside, and respecting those servers who are vulnerable and/or concerned for their health.

Courier, filing, recording, and document retrieval services remain online/digital only and sometimes experiencing heavy delays. All filing will be done electronically, and our specialist can assist creating a Florida Courts e-portal electronic filing account. We are still performing e-recording. We are encouraging those needing notary services to utilize e-notary options, which are readily available through and online search and 50 state legal.

We encourage everyone to be as safe as possible and help flatten the curve. Lets all stick together, wear our masks, call and video chat with friends and family, turn to our faith for encouragement and guidance, and show that difficult times brings out the best in all of us!

We will survive and come back stronger than ever!
